Rockies Dream

What you are about to watch is not a film constructed in the usual way most of my work is.
It is the raw material that gave birth to Behind the Rockies (38 min).
Here, the images tell the story on their own.

This film is intended exclusively for paragliders:
3,000 km of vol‑bivouac over the course of one month, a journey told in 1 hour and 51 minutes.
Shot with drones, cameras, and onboard footage.

Here is the synopsis of Behind the Rockies:
A solitary paraglider follows the spine of the Rocky Mountains, from the Mexican border all the way to the heart of Canada, moving forward only with the wind beneath his wing or the slow rhythm of his steps, over more than three thousand kilometers. From the southern deserts where snakes glide through the dust to the vast Canadian forests watched over by bears, his journey gradually transforms into an inner quest for the true meaning of adventure.
As the landscapes unfold and solitude deepens, he discovers that the greatness of a journey does not necessarily lie in the extreme, but in those simple moments when one feels alive, far from the world, suspended between earth and sky.
